enterprises.solutions is a DevOps-as-a-Service company headquartered in Belgium, operating under Belgian commercial law. We provide dedicated DevOps engineering services to companies in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France.

2.1 Data you provide directly

Name and job title when you contact us via chat or email
Company name and website
Email address and phone number
Information about your infrastructure and technical requirements
Content of messages and enquiries you send us

2.2 Data collected automatically

IP address (anonymised after 24 hours via Cloudflare)
Browser type and operating system
Pages visited and time spent on site
Referring URL
Country of origin (derived from IP, not stored individually)

2.3 Chat data (Crisp)

We use Crisp (Crisp IM SARL, France — an EU-based company) for live chat. When you use our chat widget, Crisp may collect your IP address, browser information, and the content of your conversation. Crisp processes this data as a sub-processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We never use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Data Storage & EU Residency

All data we control is stored and processed within the European Union. We use the following EU-based or EU-compliant infrastructure:

Cloudflare — EU edge network, GDPR compliant, EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place
Crisp — French company, data stored in EU, GDPR compliant
Email — EU-hosted email provider

Your data never leaves EU borders without your explicit consent and appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Retention

Enquiries and chat logs: 2 years from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion
Client contract data: 7 years (Belgian accounting law requirement)
Analytics data: 13 months (anonymised)
Cookie consent records: 1 year

7. Your GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data
Right to restriction — limit how we process your data
Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
